Cancellation Policy

🔹 For Customized/Personalized Products:
• Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been placed, as we begin processing immediately for personalized products (such as custom photo frames, 3D lamps, keychains, etc.).
• If the order is canceled within 1 hour of placing it, and processing has not started, a cancellation request may be considered.

🔹 For Non-Customized Products:
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Refund Cases:
• Product is received damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered (e.g. incorrect photo, model, or size)

❌ Non-Eligible Refund Cases:
• Change of mind after placing the order
• Errors in the customization details provided by you (e.g. wrong photo, name, or text)
• Delays due to courier/logistics partners (outside our control)

🔁 Replacement Option:
• In most valid damage cases, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund.

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Provide your Order ID and clear photos/video of the issue.
    • After internal review and approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
exchange proctuct will be delivery to thi costumer with in 10 days

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be process within 10 bussines days then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
