   subject to availability and may differ slightly in appearance from photos due to lighting and screen settings.
3. Pricing and Payments- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.- We accept secure online payments through Razorpay, which supports:

• UPI
• Credit/Debit Cards
• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)- By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor, Razorpay) to charge the total amount to
  your chosen payment method.

1. Order Processing and Shipping- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.- Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
2. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds- Cancellations are accepted before dispatch only.- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or damaged.- Refunds are issued only after inspection of the returned item and will be processed within 5-7 working days.
3. Intellectual Property
   All images, product descriptions, logos, and designs on this site are owned by Maruti Gift and are protected
   under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
4. User Account Responsibilities
   If you create an account on MarutiGift.com:- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
   Maruti Gift shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages- Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services- Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

   These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts
   in Valsad, Gujarat.
2. Razorpay Compliance- We use Razorpay Payment Gateway, which is PCI-DSS compliant.- All transaction details are encrypted and processed through a secure SSL connection.- Razorpay may collect and process your payment data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
